찰시 체크(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보와 그 이용 목적에 대해 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 다음과 같은 정보만을 처리합니다.

카메라 촬영 이미지: 아이템 감정을 위해 사용자가 촬영한 이미지를 처리합니다. 촬영된 이미지는 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
갤러리 이미지: 사용자가 선택한 갤러리 이미지를 아이템 감정 목적으로 처리합니다. 마찬가지로 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.
광고 식별자: Google AdMob을 통한 광고 제공을 위해 Google에서 광고 식별자(Advertising ID)를 수집할 수 있습니다. 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

5. 이용자의 권리

6. 텍스트 인식(OCR) 처리

본 앱은 Google ML Kit의 온디바이스(on-device) 텍스트 인식 기능을 사용합니다. 모든 텍스트 인식은 사용자의 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 이미지나 인식 결과가 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동 대상 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

10. 서비스의 성격 및 면책

본 앱은 「Diablo II: Resurrected」 아이템의 가치 추정을 돕는 참고용 도구이며, 게임 개발사(Blizzard Entertainment)와는 무관한 비공식 팬 메이드 앱입니다.

앱이 제공하는 점수, 등급, 룬 환산 가격 등은 통계 및 추정에 기반한 참고용 정보이며, 실제 거래 가격이나 거래 성사를 보장하지 않습니다.
OCR 인식 오류, 시즌·패치에 따른 시세 변동, 데이터 갱신 지연 등으로 결과가 부정확할 수 있습니다.
본 앱의 정보를 바탕으로 한 거래 결정과 그로 인한 손익은 이용자 본인의 책임입니다.
본 앱은 아이템 거래의 중개·보증·보장 등 어떠한 형태로도 거래에 관여하지 않습니다.

Charsi Check Privacy Policy

Charsi Check (the "App") values the privacy of its users and complies with applicable privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and for what purposes.

1. Information We Process

The App does not require any sign-up or login and only handles the following information:

Camera images: Images captured by the user are processed for item appraisal. Captured images are processed entirely on the device and are never transmitted to any external server.
Gallery images: Images selected from the gallery are processed for item appraisal. They are likewise processed entirely on the device.
Advertising identifier: To serve ads, Google may collect the device's Advertising ID. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.

3. Retention and Use Period

The App does not store any personal data on a server. Captured and selected images are discarded from app memory immediately after appraisal is processed. They are never transmitted externally or stored separately.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

The App does not share user information with third parties, with the following exception:

Google AdMob: Google may collect the device's advertising identifier for ad delivery. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. User Rights

You can revoke camera and gallery access permissions at any time via your device settings.
You can reset or disable the advertising identifier in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

6. Text Recognition (OCR) Processing

The App uses Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. All text recognition is performed entirely on the user's device; neither images nor recognition results are transmitted to external servers.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and the App does not provide services targeted at children.

8. Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated through app updates.

10. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

The App is a reference tool intended to help estimate the value of items in "Diablo II: Resurrected", and is an unofficial fan-made application not affiliated with the game's developer (Blizzard Entertainment).

The scores, grades, and rune-equivalent prices provided by the App are reference information based on statistics and estimation, and do not guarantee actual trading prices or successful trades.
Results may be inaccurate due to OCR misreads, market fluctuations across seasons and patches, delayed data updates, and similar factors.
Any trading decisions made based on information from the App, and any resulting profit or loss, are the sole responsibility of the user.
The App does not mediate, endorse, or guarantee any item trade in any form.
